Founded in Amsterdam in 1983 by Niels 'Shoe' Meulman, Boris 'Delta' Tellegen, and Again (alongside Cat22 and Jaz), United Street Artists (USA) laid the foundation for Dutch hip-hop graffiti before the rise of CTK and The Chrome Angelz.
