Legendary Bronx IRT 2 & 5 Line Subway Kings (Est. 1977)
Founded in the Bronx in 1977 by Kade 198 and Tean 5, The Magnificent Team (TMT) dominated the IRT 2 and 5 subway lines with whole-car burners, cloud-style productions, and relentless yard missions.
Immortalized in 'Style Wars' through 3-Yard King SKEME and partners Kade 198, Chain 3, Fuzz One, Best 149, Mare 139, and Ces, TMT stands as one of the most respected subway writing crews in New York City history.

Sotero Ortiz (BG183) is a co-founder and co-admin of TATS CRU, renowned for bringing human warmth, hyper-expressive comic heroes, and neighborhood portraits to large-scale walls. BG183's subway legacy and decades of community dedication made TATS CRU a beloved cultural institution.

Robbie 'CES' (WISH / CES) is the stylistic spearhead and Crew Admin of the Bronx's legendary FX Crew (and an honored member of MSK). In the 1990s, CES revolutionized modern wildstyle lettering with his interlocking, razor-edged gothic-aerodynamic letterforms and signature whip arrows.

Melvin 'NOC 167' Samuels is one of the supreme masters of the New York City subway era. Representing FUA (Future Urban Artists) alongside the late Case 2 and Part One, Noc 167 painted legendary whole-cars across the Bronx IRT lines that defined the visual vocabulary of hip-hop.

Immortalized in the 1983 documentary 'Style Wars', SKEME (The 3-Yard King) was a central pillar of The Magnificent Team (TMT) on the IRT 2 and 5 lines in the Bronx alongside Kade 198, Chain 3, Mare 139, and Fuzz One. His relentless whole-car burners and razor-sharp letter connections remain a benchmark of Golden Era New York subway history.

CHAIN 3 was one of the most prolific and stylistically influential subway writers of New York City's late-1970s and early-1980s Golden Era. Painting alongside Kade 198, Skeme, and Tean 5 in The Magnificent Team (TMT), Chain 3 dominated the IRT 2 and 5 lines with vibrant whole-car burners.

Carlos Rodriguez (MARE 139) rose to prominence on the NYC subway system in the late 1970s and 1980s as a member of The Magnificent Team (TMT) and Crazy Inside Artists (CIA). Celebrated for translating cubist wildstyle letterforms intothree-dimensional metal sculpture, he also designed the iconic BET Award trophy.

FUZZ ONE is a storied New York transit king whose career bridged the late-1970s IRT subway era with The Magnificent Team (TMT) and the late-1980s all-city bombing wave with Rocking It Suckers (RIS).
