FAST MOVING GRAFFITI // PHILADELPHIA

Philadelphia Wicked Handstyles & Conceptual Aerosol Vanguard

CREW MANIFESTO & LINEAGE

Speed, style, and wit moving faster than city transit across every brick wall in Philadelphia.

Fast Moving Graffiti (FMG) is one of Philadelphia's most iconic crews, bridging traditional Philly wicked handstyles with conceptual wit and aggressive street saturation. Led by legendary innovator Steve Powers (ESPO), FMG pushed Philadelphia tags from local rooftops into international acclaim.

Stephen 'ESPO' Powers is a towering figure in American public art and Philadelphia graffiti history. Starting in 1984 with Fast Moving Graffiti (FMG), ESPO revolutionized Philadelphia and New York street writing by painting exterior gates during broad daylight disguised as exterior painting contractors, publishing the seminal 'On The Go' magazine, and painting the world-famous 'A Love Letter for You' rooftop mural series across West Philly.
