Formed in Brooklyn in 1971 by Dino Nod and Bama alongside Flint 707, Pistol 1, Snake 1, Warlock, and Flamer, the Ex-Vandals were the very first large-scale organized graffiti crew to mobilize writers across New York City boroughs.
