Founded in Chile in 1968 and named in honor of activist Ramona Parra, the Brigada Ramona Parra (BRP) is the foundational visual movement of Latin American street painting. Under artistic leader Alejandro 'Mono' González, BRP invented an iconic visual language of bold black outlines, doves, stars, and industrial workers that influenced global street art forever.
